Highlight of our getaway was the Home and Away official Tour. We got to see the beautiful Summer Bay location, including the Surf Club, Alf’s Bait shop and even Buddy the dog. There was high excitement at the Morgan House with our meet and greet celebrity….. drum roll … Robbo!!! Robbo answered all our questions , autographed our merchandise and was in all our photos !!!! We even had big hugs with him.
Sticking with the TV theme, we went the next day to Bondi and meet some of the guys from Bondi Rescue…. Very exciting. Yummy lunch at the Pavillion and then we all admired the amazing murals along the Beach Sea wall.
In the afternoon we enjoyed a great walk at Bare Island known for its beauty, great ocean views and historic fort.
On our last day we explored the Maritime Museum with its maritime collections, exhibitions and under the sea art.
