We loaded up the bus (and a couple of cars) full of Elvis and Beatles fans and hit the road bound for Darling Harbour. After dropping our things off the our hotel, we made the journey over the Pyrmont bridge to the wharf where our lunch cruise boat awaited us. On-board we dined like kings and queens on the three course meal and took in the beautiful harbour views. We could not have picked a better day for it! The sky was blue and the water was sparkling! We got our hips moving, toes tapping and hands clapping to the entertainment on board. Everyone had a fantastic afternoon! The crew on-board the Rhythm boat were the best and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves, to the crew….. thank you, thank you very much (insert Elvis voice here)
The next day before we left Darling Harbour, we visited the aquarium. The massive fish tanks and displays were impressive and everyone really loved the penguins! After lunch on the harbour, we made our way back home to our family and friends to tell them all about the fun weekend we had.
