What a glorious day to start our pamper getaway with a bunch of queens!
We met our new friends and started our journey to the lovely sunny NSW South Coast, picking up some yummy lunch along the way. We enjoyed a picnic lunch at Greenwell point before arriving at our accommodation in the beautiful town of Currarong, right across the road from the beach! It was so beautiful and we all enjoyed the fresh sea air. Once we settled in, we went for a lovely walk on the embracing the serenity. For dinner we enjoyed a delicious lasagne and salad purchased from our friends at The Plant Room Cafe at Trusted Travel HQ.
We all got up and ready for a fun day ahead! We enjoyed a delectable breakfast, jumped in our bus and went to check out the fish in the pond at the Maritime Museum in Huskisson – those fish were huge! We made our way to our dolphin cruise with the team from Jervis bay Wild, the bay was so beautiful with the bluest crystal-clear water! We got to see dolphins playing in the water and swimming along with the boat – so much fun had by all, especially the dolphins. We got off the boat and enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Portside Cafe.
But our fun day was far from over!
We made our way to the beauty salon where we enjoyed getting pampered. Full body massages, manicures and pedicures… Absolute bliss. After being treated like queens, we checked out the local shopping in Huskisson. We thought we shouldn’t be the only ones who get to indulge so some of us purchased some Christmas presents for our loved ones. We indulged in a yummy meal at the Huskisson Hotel overlooking the most wonderful views of the bay.
Some of us woke up super early to catch the beautiful sunrise and a sneaky fish at the beach. Unfortunately, all that we caught was some sea weed! The sunrise was still so beautiful though and started our relaxing day off just perfectly.
After breakfast, we welcomed two lovely ladies from Justine’s Mobile Beauty Therapy who were going to spoil us and pamper us once again! We enjoyed massages, facials and manicures – living the dream! Everyone was so relaxed, we thought we could have just stayed there forever… But again, our day was far from over!! One of the staff members, in true ladies pamper fashion, whipped up the fanciest (and yummiest) high tea lunch on fine bone china for only us girls to enjoy. It was so pretty with all the trimmings – only the very best for our lovely ladies.
That afternoon we relaxed on the beach and enjoyed an Aussie BBQ for dinner as a group on our last night together with our new friends.
After breakfast we packed our bags, loaded up the bus to spend our last day together. We enjoyed shopping in the lovely historic town of Berry, checking out the nice little shops, full of bits and bobs and knickknackery. Just because our pampering had come to an end, it didn’t mean our adventure had – We made our way to Kimberly Park Stud in Broughton Village for some well-earned horse riding! It was so much fun with the most beautiful friendly horses. It was time to say goodbye to our new horse friends and make our way back to Berry for our last lunch together. Thai food was on the menu and we definitely deserved it. Time to head back up the coast, swap socials and say goodbye to our new friends.
