June is a great time of year to travel to the North Coast, not just for the warmer weather but it’s also whale watching season! Encounter the astonishing humpback whales in their natural habitat as they migrate past the iconic coastline between Byron Bay and Ballina and play in the stunning waters of Cape Byron Marine Park. Dolphins and sea turtles are a common sight in the Marine Park too. We will be on board one of the famous cruisers purpose built for whale watching off the coast off Byron Enjoy award-winning commentary as you cruise through part of Cape Byron Marine Park and out to sea.

We will head up to Cape Byron lighthouse and to check out the Maritime Museum in the former lighthouse keeper’s office. The views from the top are stunning and it’s the perfect spot for some holiday happy snaps. We’ll take a little road trip to Summerland House Farm for a fun and educational farm experience like no other in the region! A trip to Summerland House Farm isn’t complete without sampling the fabulous local produce in their onsite restaurant. The food is delicious!!!
